Terms and conditions of sale
1. About these terms
These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer living in the United Kingdom, buy products offered under the Cat & Tray brand on catandtray.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you accept these terms. The terms in force when you order apply to your purchase. You can save or print them at any time; a PDF copy is also attached to your order confirmation email.

3. Products
We sell physical goods, delivered to an address in the United Kingdom. Each product page describes the main features of the goods, the contents of each pack and, where included, the free digital content (PDF guides and audio files to download) that comes with your order.
To use the free digital content you need a device that can open PDF files (and play MP3 files for audio). Most recent computers, tablets and smartphones can do this without extra software.
Important. Our collars are not a medicine or a veterinary treatment, and our guides give general information about cat behaviour and the home: they are not veterinary advice. If your cat seems unwell, is straining or cannot pass urine, contact a vet straight away. Check the fit (two fingers under the collar) and remove it if you see irritation.
4. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. There are no delivery charges. The checkout page shows the total before you confirm your order. The price shown when you order applies to your purchase. If your card is in another currency, your bank may charge its own conversion fees.
5. Ordering
To order: (1) choose a pack and click its buy button; (2) on the secure Stripe checkout page, enter your email address, delivery address and payment details, check the products, the delivery charge (free) and the total, and correct any errors; (3) confirm using the payment button, which means you have to pay. The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. We send your order confirmation by email.
Optional extra. The checkout page may offer an additional product. It is never preselected and is added only if you select it.
Offers after your purchase. Your confirmation page may offer extra items, with the price clearly shown. If you click the button to accept, you make a new contract and authorise us to charge that amount once to the card you have just used; the extra items are sent to the same address, in the same parcel where possible. If that charge cannot be made, you are taken to a normal checkout page. Nothing is charged unless you click to accept. Your card is used only for this and is unlinked from your order at our payment provider shortly afterwards (normally within 30 minutes of your purchase): it is never kept for other purchases.
6. Payment
Payment is due when you order. Stripe (Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. (to be confirmed for the US account)) processes it securely. The payment methods available (such as cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay) are shown at checkout. We never receive or store your full card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery in the United Kingdom is free. Your parcel is normally dispatched within 1-3 working days by our fulfilment partner and usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days of your order, with tracking: we email you the tracking link when it ships. In any case we deliver within 30 days of the contract unless we agree a different date with you; if we do not, you can treat the contract as at an end and get a full refund (Consumer Rights Act 2015, section 28). The goods are at your risk once they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.
The free digital content included with your pack is available immediately: your order confirmation email contains the download links, which also appear on the confirmation page and stay valid for 30 days. If the email has not arrived within 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then write to hello@catandtray.com.
8. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you nominate (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If the goods of one order arrive in separate parcels, it ends 14 days after the day you receive the last one.
To cancel, tell us before the period ends: use the “Cancel contract here” link at the bottom of every page and in your confirmation email, send us any clear statement (for example by email to hello@catandtray.com), or use the model cancellation form below.
Returning the goods. Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you tell us you are cancelling. Email us first and we will give you the return address. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refund. We refund all payments received from you for the cancelled goods, including any delivery charge (delivery is free), within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier, using the same payment method, at no cost to you. We may reduce the refund for any loss in value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The free digital content included with your order is a gift: you do not need to return or delete it.

Our money-back guarantee (section 9) goes further: you get your money back and keep the goods. It does not affect this right to cancel or your statutory rights (section 10).
9. Our money-back guarantee

Oblivion Capital LLC (30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) offers this guarantee free of charge. To use it, write to hello@catandtray.com within 30 days of delivery, from the email address used for your order (or include your order reference), or click “Cancel contract here”. We will refund the full price you paid for the order to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. You do not need to send the goods back. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit or replace them.
10. Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose you made known to us, and as described (sections 9 to 11). If they are not, you can reject them and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery (sections 20 to 22); after that, or if you prefer, you can ask for a repair or replacement (section 23) and, if that is impossible or does not fix the problem, a price reduction or a refund (section 24). We pay the reasonable cost of returning faulty goods.
The free digital content must also be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose you made known to us, and as described (sections 34 to 36). If it is not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience (section 43). If a repair or replacement is impossible, or is not completed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you are entitled to a price reduction, which may be up to the full price (section 44). If digital content we supplied damages your device or other digital content, and this would not have happened had we used reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or compensate you (section 46). A refund due under the Act will be made within 14 days of our agreeing that you are entitled to it, using the original payment method, without any fee. Nothing in these terms limits these rights. Free advice about your rights is available from Citizens Advice.
11. Licence to use the files
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the files for yourself and your household. You may print them as often as you like for that use. You may not resell, share or upload the files to websites, social media or sharing groups, give them to third parties, or use them commercially. The files remain the intellectual property of Oblivion Capital LLC.

14. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you may bring proceedings in Scotland or Northern Ireland as well as in England and Wales. You may always bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
